Angela Macintosh


Hi, I’m Angela — a dedicated sports massage therapist with a strong background in sports science and soft tissue therapy. My passion is helping people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best, whether that’s on the field, in the gym, or in everyday life.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Applied Sports Science and an HNC in Soft Tissue Therapy. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience working with athletes and active individuals, gives me a deep understanding of how the body functions and how to restore balance when things go wrong.
Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from elite athletes to weekend warriors, tailoring each treatment to suit individual needs. My approach is not just about easing pain — it’s about identifying root causes, supporting recovery, and building resilience so you can stay active and injury-free.
As much as I love the science of what I do, I also bring a human touch to my practice. I’m a proud mum of four, which has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of balance in life. Outside of work, you’ll often find me travelling, spending time by the sea, or enjoying the simple pleasure of a walk outdoors.
